November Soap Themes 2017

Well back by popular demand here are the soap themes for November 2017. I have received about 10 PMs asking for the November themes to be posted and honestly I just fell behind. But here they are, should be a good month.

The overarching theme is What's the Best? But think scent and performance.

So here you go:

1st thru 6th : Bay Rum
7th thru 12th: Citrus
13th thru 18th: Woodsy
19th thru 24th: Barbershop
25th thru 30th: Green (fougeres etc)

So are you in? What do you plan to use?

Dr. Jon's Ann Bonnie for Bay Rum. That's as close as I can get. I'm sure I can have a citrus soap or cream. I was thinking about Alvarez Gomez. What are some examples of green scents. I thinking Moroccan Mhyrr. It reminds me of B&M Petrichor.

Saponificio Aromatique Fern is a good one. Some vetivers can also be classified as green too.

7th thru 12th: Citrus - Wild West Shaving Co. Laramie (heavy on the Bergamot!)
13th thru 18th: Woodsy - Wild West Shaving Co. Lewis & Clark (Sandalwood and Cedarwood)
19th thru 24th: Barbershop - GHOST TOWN BARBER!!!!
25th thru 30th: Green (fougeres etc) - Wild West Shaving Co. Cherokee and Six Shooter (maybe even some Fougere Gothique)

For woodsy, I'm thinking I can go with the Alvarez Gomez which is citrusy and woodsy or Crabtree & Evelyn Indian Sandalwood.

Would Stirling Executive Man be considered a citrus scent? Would Bearded John's Old Spice type soap be considered a barbershop scent?

Personally I think both those would fit. But remember it's how you interpret it.

Bay Rum - Barrister and Man. I might have to pick up a few more.
Woodsy - Cold River Soap Works Cypress and Stirling Ozark Mountain
Citrus - I've got some options in this department. I'll throw out a teaser though: Cold River Soap Works Citron
Barbershop - This will be a good week. I can smell the Fine American Blend now.
Green - Cold River Soap Works Vetiver Moderne
