This morning's shave was very comfortable; back to the R89 loaded with a Minora Platinum.
In play today was TOBS St James followed by Adam Grooming’s Kolonya as an astringent and post shave balm.

Well first shave past BF, a bit of shopping this morning, getting ready for a year of restraint. I have come to enjoy the Dove Men + care balm so bough a few as well as got what I might used for the April cheap set up. I know that brush is useless but at 1.25 I won't be that upset when itself destroy. Still a stand and a bottle to buy to do some green freeze bootleg with that skin bracer
As for the shave, new corked blade, a bit of irritation on my right side chin in my shaving trouble spot over than that another enjoyable shave, those GSB and this Merkur 24 HD just keep on delivering for me. I dug the Proraso out of storage before putting it right back, it was fun to dug into that bin though.

Yesterday I finished my last puck of Haslinger tallow. It was a Sage, and it lasted me 27 shaves.
Today I continued using Edwin Jagger Sandalwood, with its bright and clean scent.

No shave today but did visit the Mecca of wet shaving in London, Jermyn Street today.
And bought nadda, which was a surprise. Did try some Creed GIT which was nice but not at £208 for 100ml after BF discount.

Still in! The final days of this GRUME are in sight!!
Inspired by Doug's (@Rosseforp) post on the Flat Bottom Tech - Wolfman comparison I got my Tech out for an excellent Sunday shave. With three passes to an almost marble finish my Flat Bottom Tech reigned supreme and let me know that even though there is a new king in town, this golden oldie still has a lot to offer. I have to admit that the Timeless did an outstanding job yesterday and so we started the day with less stubble than usual.
The Bolzano was on its 7th run which exceeds the first Bolzano blade and it was super smooth in the Tech. No troubles at all and the Gillette Slides were simply bliss to perform. So far great performance of this Discovery Blade at the gracious courtesy of @Space_Cadet and @Grundi.
Proraso provided a nice mentholated chill with each pass. Floïd's stang a little telling me this was a close shave and Nivea put the skin back at ease.
