Notebook Question - Tall and Skinny

As a reporter I use a reporters notebook that is provided to me by my paper. I go through about 1 a week. It is lined, 4" x 8", 70 sheets, lined, with a spiral bound top.

I found the Rhodia No. 08 Notepad - 3 x 8.25, Lined Paper . I want to purchase something like this. Now that I am using FP, the pad that I am using bleeds through sometimes.

Well the Rhodia has a perforated top/glued bound. I was wondering if anyone might know where I can find a spiral bound for a notebook that is similar.

unfortunately most of the good paper guys, stay away from spiral bound stuff, and I only know of that rhodia for the type of size you are looking for, afraid im no help on this one Will
