So I got this straight at a antique shop, and boy did it shave a lot during its life.
Not shave ready straight.

Why?
That isn't wear from use, that blade was dropped or otherwise broken.
I hope you bought this for the scales? Because the blade is SHOT!
That should hone right out. I think that whoever stropped it last simply "rolled the edge" a little. You'll be fine (yikes).

Eh, use a pasted stop for a few licks and you should be okay.

The guy at the shop gave me the razor for free, so not complaining, will just go in the display case.

have you updated your tetanus shot? You might want to if you plan on shaving with it.
Looks like minor wear to me. Should hone right out
