here's another nice cream from the russian federation..nord-ost is "north-east" in russian....it comes out of the tube thick and snow white...the tube is a squat, chubby ,soft plastic affair ...the scent is a mild barbershop,manly scent with a little touch of citrus...in the porous pottery bowl it whipped up rapidly,and although the lather looks thin,it actually has been super aerated by the porosity of the pottery bowl..when applied to the face the lather instantly thickens up !there was enough lather left over in the omega to make many more passes if needed...the gold tech was loaded with a russian nacet...the tech is very light and not my smoothest razor,but the nacet was a good match for it...not a scratch,very smooth shave even though nord-ost is not a moisterizing cream..after the shave my face felt a little "dry"...a good excuse for a shot of shave balm then a splash(my first time)with borsani a/s... love the borsani ! $28 plus $7 shipping for a big 10 oz. thick glass bottle...citrus and spice...great ! and the nord-ost is great also.not every cream can moisturize and give all the other attributes a shaver looks for...this cream is along the line of morisons indian cream..I like it !

Thanks to a sample that Ron sent me, I tried this cream this morning. I wasn't expecting some menthol in there but it was very nice. Very thick cream and nice scent!

so right ! this stuff is really thick,very good lather and scent for me...I am hoping to get some tubes of nord-ost and a few others by the end of the month..I will post it when they arrive..
