I think we should definitely let both Maggard and Cody know that something is amiss.
I have ordered several samples from Maggard and while I find it typical that soaps always lather better from the puck than a sample that I press in a bowl, I ha e never had a complete fail.
If that kind of fail has been observed by multiple people here on this forum, I suspect the issue may be a faulty batch from NO because my understanding is that Maggard hand scoops amounts into the sample containers.. off a puck.
