Nicks and Weepers - the diagnostics

As we improve DE shaving technique, each shave is a learning experience.

The little red mishaps on the face can be good teachers - they provide feedback on technique or facial topography.

Here are two of mine to start the discussion:

Little spot weepers between lower lip and chin - too much pressure

Any cut in the shape of a straight line - lateral slice - I moved the blade side to side instead of across the whiskers. With me it happens when turning the razor over to side 2 a bit early

I get the line whenever I try to be overly precise. If I take too long I get a muscle twitch/spasm.

My first red spot when I started DE shaving indicated that a skin blemish had previously been located at that spot.

Later ones general indicate that I need to slow down.
