NEX-7 vs. Ep-5 dials

I've been able to test drive the Sony NEX-7 and love how easy it is to manipulate the two "Tri-navi" dials on the back without shaking the camera on a tripod. I was wonder what the dials were like on the Olympus Pen EP-5. Are they more 'clicky' than that?

I just played around with the Pana GX7 and found those front and rear dials to be too stiff.

As a still photographer I ask, why would you be worried about shaking the camera when you are messing with the dials? You mess with the dials before you take the shot.

Or are you using it for video?

Fair enough. Personally I like controls that are tough to move. I am always accidentally bumping dials out of position.

FWIW, the only time you really need to worry about moving things when bracketing on a tripod is when bracketing for HDR, and even then it does not cause much of an issue.
