I've been using a safety razor for a while now, and took the leap into straights about a month ago. I generally shave every other day to keep my stubble down. Today was my ninth shave so far this month with a vintage graves straight that I bought on the BST section of the forum. Today I cut my right cheek near the edge of my lip, however I ended up with a nice smooth face in the end, so I think I'm starting to get the hang of this whole straight razor thing. I just wanted to say thanks to all on the forum who's posts and threads have helped me get started with classic wet shaving, I could not be more happy about my new hobby. Now if I can just contain my RAD, and my budget then I'll be golden.
