Hi, I just started straight razor shaving and dont use any edts, edps, aftershaves, or colognes and I was wondering if anyone has any good low-cost suggestions.

Some good popular low-cost edts are YSL L'homme, Versace Pour Homme, Dolce& Gabbana Pour Homme and Gucci guilty.
Edps are usually a little bit higher in price. MY favorites are Dior Homme intense and Terre Dhermes pure parfum.
If you can give us an idea of what type of colognes you like, maybe we can give you better choices that you might like.

I am new to this game also and am really enjoying the clubman range of aftershaves (I don't bother with other colognes/edt's etc when I use these)

Note I am going to recommened colognes here. Not an aftershave man myself. Most of the following are found a discounter stores ala Ross/TJ Maxx etc... Try to sniff them out.
Sweet/date scents:
Rochas Man: $20 for 50mls. Very sweet coffee/mocha scent
Montblanc individuel: $25 for 50mls. Sweet cinnamon/sandalwood/vanilla scent. Dryer sheet vibe.
Michael Jordan Legend: $10-15. Similar to Rochas Man but more vanilla than mocha.
Cuba Gold: $8-10. Vanilla Bomb. Solid Le Male clone (stronger club scent)
Fresher scents:
Curve: $20. Fresh, green, semi sweet. Similar to favorites such as fierce/Platinum egotise etc... (not identical).
Perry Ellis Red: Aquatic. Aqua di Gio clone (#1 best seller worldwide) with a bit of spice thrown in.
Nautica Voyage: $20 for 100mls. Aquatic scent with no citrus.
Love and Luck / Sean John Unforgivable: Two fruity fresh fragrances (masculine though). Unforgivable is a bit darker but both are in the same wheelhouse.
There are a lot of cheap classics there as well but I generally haven't tested them enough to recommend a sniff.
