4. If can also be gotten for a new shaver, but one actually wanting to start, not as an enticement or gift hoping they will start.
5. Be OK that the soaps are slightly used
   
6. And state that your In.

Selection method:

1. First respondent born 3rd quarter 1966 receives the PIF, due to user grade L3 Gillette Slim.
2. PIF ends Sunday. If no one qualifies to 1) above, winner selected randomly.
