Newbie looking for info on razors I just bought

Hi all, I recently bought these razors off ebay and am looking for some information on them. Can anyone tell me what the handle material is on the cream colored one (my first wade & butcher) as the seller was a bit vague. The second large one I am unsure what to do with. Polish it up? or just remove rust and hone as I kind of like the patina, curious how old they might be as well. TIA folks, love the site, some very talented restorers on here.
