New to the game questions!

I picked up a few razors after starting with a Dovo Inox. I got a great deal on a Dubl Duck Wonderedge and have some questions about cell rot. I know they plague the cracked ice scales like none other. Is this the start of cell rot? Or is it something fixable? Any answers would be greatly appreciated! I followed with some more pictures of the great condition of this shaver :)

One of my straight razor could have cell root. The reason I think so the blade got corroded without any shaving at all. And it is not just dark patina, it is active rust. The scale on this razor looks just fine, actually very fine.

I shaved with it for the first time after inspecting the blade I figured I would just strop up and go... well, it shaves magnificently! Best shave I've had! But that spine is brutal! I have a few tiny nicks from not minding where I put it but its definitely my new favorite.

If the plastic was degrading and outgassing into a cell-rot condition, you'd see it on the steel rather quickly. So If your blade is clear, you are probably fine.

Fortunately DD’s inner surfaces of the cracked ice scales are solid white. Chances are slim that any degradation occurs because of the amount of pigment. Generally it’s the scales where they’re more clear or lightly tinted. When and where scales that begin to gas off are pretty obvious as you can match up rust areas on the blade with the areas of the scales that are nearly clear.
And those rust areas start with a fairly consistent haze of dots of rust.
