Just wanted to check in formally as one of your new forum members. I've been reading here for a while and kicking around the idea of getting into more traditional wet shaving with a double edged safety razor.
After reading here for some time and picking up recommendations, it seemed like it was high time to join and dig in. It seems clear that this is an area that many enjoy with some common "acquisition" aspects not unlike my other hobbies with custom knives, watches, and guitars. My wallet shudders already.
