Having a meander through my (most) local branch of John Lewis this afternoon and happened upon what appeared to be a new range of traditional wetshaving products from TB on a display table.
My first thoughts were "hmm, designer label = vastly inflated price tag", and to some degree this held true.
All products were in matching livery packaging that also included a cologne and a barbers comb. The products I investigated further, though, were:
Double edge razor - seemingly a DE89 clone but with custom handle and gold finish, £40 (bit pricey I thought)
Shaving brush - largish synthetic fibre with matching handle to razor, £40 (also pricey I thought)
Shaving soap - sandalwood hard soap in ceramic bowl, £25 (not too bad at all)
