Gents,
B&B has seen fit to pick me as a new Steward for this great str8 Forum we have here..so I'll be working with Josh to do what I can to improve how we operate in the Str8 world.
As such, I thought I'd throw my name in the ring for the Newbs who may not know me or what I'm about.
First off...I am not an expert str8 shaver...I know...this may not be the kosher thing to say. But I'm a believer that on a forum such as this with 30K members...the forum itself is the expert, similar to the Borg on Star Trek (cue Marty here...Resistance is Futile!)
I feel that I am in the trenches...going through the daily str8 shave journey. Father along than some...no where near as far as others. My journal is here for those who care to see where I've been.
So...if I'm not an expert, who am I then?
Well...I'm a guy who has done str8 shave or two in the past:

I'm also a guy who recognizes the difficulty in finding and keeping good quality stones:

In short...as my old Senior NonCom used to say...I am the BS filter. I can filter your comments/complaints/criticisms & witticisms up...and do the same downwards.....and if any of you !@#ers calls me Grandpa....
