That’s sweet! I keep reading a lot of good things about Watervilles.
My Waterville is a great shaver .Takes a killer edge and holds it for a long time.Really good fine grain steel.
I believe Waterwille razors weren't made more than 11 years. They are rare and very often beautiful like yours. I like mine a lot.

Only downside is I don't want to use it and slowly ruin the gold wash haha. I do love the size/shape of the blade. This razor did actually come with one other razor though with very similar scales so I might just swap the scales over. The other blade was one of those with a huge amount of hone wear, picture below(big heel hook as well). Thought it would be fun to quickly take it on the 1k and then coticule just to see if I can get most of bevel sharp and to my surprise I was able to. Not going to bother trying to shave with it but it can make a cool letter opener until I swap the scales.
