New Montecristi Panama

Finally after 4 months, my new Panama has arrived. I just received my Montecristi from Panama Bob and blocked by Art Fawcett.

Worth very bit of the time it took. Could not be happier with it. Especially with the 3" Brim. I'm just kicking myself for not having ordered earlier so I would have had it for the summer.

I did a ton of research on the different hat forums and I felt most comfortable going with Robert.

Brent Black has lovely hats also, but i really felt Robert's hats were the best value for $$.

Most of the other providers I found just didn't seem genuine or had too many horror stories posted about them.

Very nice! i have a couple from Bob that were bashed by Art as well of three of Arts work in felt. Sit yourself at the front of the class my good man!

....now all you need is a seersucker suit and a pair of "spectators" on your feet and you will be ready for summer!

what's the weave count on this one?

The weave count is somewhere between 600 and 700.

Good looking hat! The longer you wear it, the better you will like it. I have bought several hats from Bob and the quality is the best.

I agree, i have several from him and you can't realyy beat the price, but the service out shines that....
