New long handled Progress

See http://www.dovo.com/neuheiten.html for a new, long handled Merkur Progress. It's like what Merkur has made with the 34c: creating the 38c.

I think the current ones are pretty well balanced but this new version can become a serious new variant.

That picture looks like the current model. I have to assume that the handle is 105mm head to tip, which would be pretty long. Can't wait to see an actual picture.

Wow... I never wanted the Progress. It just looked too short to pique my interest. I like the added length. Good thing I am saving up for some straights or I might take a closer look. Too bad its still the plastic knob.

More like 15 mm.
5/8 is a lot for a razor handle.

Sorely needed, in my opinion. That plastic knob on the end of the LH looks TEENY.

What's a decimal point among friends, especially in the morning before the caffeine hits? I was thinking centimeters and typed mm.

Due to the slippery handle you need to put a finger underneath the knob. To me it is too long and like my current traditional Progress better. I have not tried nor will the longer handled one, so it is just speculation from my part.
