Maybe it's just me but that lather looks a little too dry. I always strive for a lather that is the consistency of yogurt and has a sheen to it. Then I know I used enough water and it will give me a well hydrated slick shave. If my lather holds shapes like that then I know I need to add more water. Otherwise the lather will dry up on my face and my shave will suffer.
