Hey guys, whats going on? I am fairly new to B&B and thought I would reach out to my fellow New Jersians. I am originally from Morris County, and currently living in Warren county. Anyone in here from around these parts? If so, where do you go for shaving supplies? any shops around I should know about? I'm curious to see how many of us there are on the forum. Respond with your location, and any tips you might have on locating supplies in the area!

Went to HS in Warren, attended Rutgers, was living in Bergen when I enlisted. Have not been back except for visits to family.

In Monmouth County at the East end of I-195 near the shore. Not much around me for great supplies. I get most of my stuff on line.

I am in Buena township, Atlantic County 25 minutes from Atlantic City. I get everything here or online.

Burlington County...a man's county. I order everything online, for the most part. If you head into NYC check out Pasteur's pharmacy (34'th and Park). It is a wet shaving Mecca and has pretty much everything you could want/need.

Grew up in dover, headed west to Las Vegas though. Miss the taylor ham egg and cheese sandwiches....

I have spent plenty of time in Dover. There was a liquor store there that never cared to ask us for identification, even though we would go there with our school uniform still on.

Ateace, where in NY did you move to? Sounds like the opposite of most journeys. Most folks move from the city or Hoboken to avoid the skyrocketing housing cost..

I'm up the road from you in Newton, Sussex Co. Mostly online shopping for me. I don't have a car so you know how limited my movements are. Easier to ride the bus into the Port and shop in Manhattan than get to the Trade Zone.

Around here it's Shop Rite, Weis, Wally World, or the chain druggists. IOW, generic Personna, and a few soaps and Vi Jon Spice knockoff.

Work takes me to East Windsor, Cherry Hill and Voorhees a lot.

Hudson County. Don't care for the crowds in NYC, so I get most of my stuff on line, except for Pinaud AS. That come from a local beauty/barber supply store.

I live in coastal Monmouth County. Again, there's no real stash of shaving goodies at any local store. I get everything from West Coast Shaving and Royal Shave. There are two shave shops nearby though, Swagger & Blade in Wanamassa and Old World Shaving Parlor in Red Bank. I'm interested in checking them out...

From NJ here. New to wetshaving as well. Got my first DE (merkur HD) a week ago. Loving every bit of it, but still trying to get the technique down. I live in Somerset County and work in Ocean County. Is that Old World Shaving Parlor in Red Bank worth checking out? I take the Parkway home, I could stop by Red Bank.

The move was to be closer to my wife's job on L.I.
I still commute into Manhattan.

I lived in Bergen County for about 10 years and then moved to Morris County for 25 years (lived in Chester Township for most of that time and them Parsippany for four years) and never found anything there. However, I commuted to Manhattan and was able to buy whatever I needed at Pasteurs.

It seems like they have or use Truefitt & Hill products mostly... You'd think someone lurking around B&B has tried it
