New House, New Espresso Bar

If you get your Behmor from Sweet Maria's you get 8# of beans too.

I buy green from a number of sources, depending on what I am looking for.

I even source green from a local artisan roaster too.

What are you wanting to start with?
.
From the research I've done looks like most recommendation is to start with South/Central American. Was thinking about Brazilian for espresso and Columbian for pour over. Also need to get some decaf for half caff blend for my in-laws.

Brazilian, Sumatran, & Etheopian make a good espresso blend. You can blend post roast so you can get a feel for the taste of each origin

If you want a S American look for some Colombian Supremo. The standard AA graded large beans. They will all be a universal/standard size and easier to roast

Satart with 1/2 or 3/4 lb roasts with a Behmor
