From the research I've done looks like most recommendation is to start with South/Central American. Was thinking about Brazilian for espresso and Columbian for pour over. Also need to get some decaf for half caff blend for my in-laws.If you get your Behmor from Sweet Maria's you get 8# of beans too.
I buy green from a number of sources, depending on what I am looking for.
I even source green from a local artisan roaster too.
