New Gyuto

I am thinking of selling some of my knives and buying a new gyuto.

To narrow it down I would buy from CKTG and 210mm. Keep it to $110 or less. I have used stainless and non-stainless before and I am open to both.

What would you buy? Better yet what do you have already and enjoy?
