Used my new Edwin Jagger Best Brush for the first time tonight. I was completely shocked with how much lather I was able to get with that thing. For the first two months of DE shaving I was using a Van Der Hagen boar brush and this EJ brush puts that thing to shame. When I first opened the package I thought the brush was a little small but it goes above and beyond and it's also a good size for travel.

I use the black handled EJ BBB and also upgraded to it from a VDH boar.
The difference is huge. It is the only brush I use now.
For some reason I never really got BAD. I did order one of the custom Semogue boars though.

That brush really is gorgeous. Excellent choice. I really love my Edwin Jagger BBB. I find that it is an excellent performer with creams, but lacks a little with soaps. I'd like to get a stiffer brush for soaps, like something from Simpsons. I'll never give up that EJ though, definitely a solid performing brush.
Great looking brush! Definitely on my list of things to pick up in '11!
EJ BBB was my first brush. Excellent build quality as are all EJ's. Not used much these days but occasionally it returns to the rotation.
