I've been using a NEW Deluxe off and on for a few weeks now, and while I liked the shave I was getting with it, we were clearly still in the trial and error phase when it came to blades. I got six decent shaves from a Shark Super Chrome, and then moved to a Feather today. All I can say is, Wow! I was shaving 3 days worth of stubble, and that razor went through it very comfortably like a hot knife through butter. No tugging or pulling, and the mole that reared its ugly head with the Shark receded into the background again. Now, if I can only get more than 3 good shaves out of the Feather blade, we're in business.

You should be able to get 3 more shaves from the Feather. Anyway, good to see you are enjoying your purchase.
The New Deluxe is a truly superlative shaver. The most effective and forgiving of the Gillette designs for me. Congrats on owning one.
IMHO Gillettes best shaver.
