New Decantery Gear

A buddy of mine does the craft show/flea market type thing and is always buying things to sell on Facebook marketplace and what not. This morning he posted a bunch of decanters. These are the ones I bought.

They still have the old AS scents in them. What is the best way to clean them? Soak in water? Vinegar? Soap?

I should have specified that they're empty, just have lingering scent.
