Lifetime Contributor!

That's going to be based on availability and time.
If a guy waits till the last minute, he's going to have to pick from what's available.
If two guys want the same number, it's not likely that a message from both will arrive at the exact same time, so earliest gets first call.

Any contributor, moderator, former moderator or member can be banned for egregious violation of the guidelines.
Any fees paid in are forfeited.
I'll have to say that traditionally, people who have been complete jerks by and large are non-contributors, but there are exceptions.
Contributors, Mods and former Mods have also been banned in the past.
We don't want to ban anyone. We try to work with folks to address issues long before the last result is utilized.
