I originally purchased the Swing head only - no handle. The Timeless Titanium handles are a wonderful match. The new LHF GTx handles I've been using lately promise to be an even better match.

Recently, I picked up a complete Swing - including the Bakelite handle. I will definitely give the stock handle a try.

I do like the Swing DE - a lot.

And they make them in nice looking cases too. I have seen one at my local shaving shop and the casing has a miniature embossing of the Swing on top. I thought that was a nice touch. On sale for under €50. Is that a fair price point?

All of the discussions regarding Techs got me jonesing. The Gillette Canada Pre-War Tech is one of my favorite Techs and definitely a Big Dog! Superb, and very effective, performance!

The Yaqi Dandelion Green 24mm Cashmere is a wonderful brush. Very gentle, capable and enjoyable!

WSP Rustic Tobacco runs with the best soaps in my Den. Easy to lather. Exceptional performance. Great face feel!

Osage Rub provides a bracing finish to any shave - especially when it's hot and muggy outside! Sprayed on Belcam Volatile EdT before heading out. Very invigorating combination!

Superb shave!

Aftershave: Osage Rub
Fragrance: Belcam Volatile EdT Spray

First try at mixing and matching Tatara Masamune and Nodachi parts. Going with the Masamune Plate + Nodachi Cap which should result in neutral blade exposure. Loaded a Feather blade for my shave. Used my standard steep angle 3+1 pass shave. Thought this was going to be a High Efficiency razor, but fits better in the Mild/Medium category. Still, very effective. DFS result. No blood or irritation. Face feels great!

The RazoRock Hive 24 Mokasoft HD is a really cool brush. Very capable and enjoyable!

Same soap, aftershave and EdT as yesterday. Very invigorating combination!

WSP Tobacco is an excellent aftershave. Matches the WSP Rustic Tobacco soap beautifully. Very satisfying! Sprayed on Havana by Aramis EdT before going out for the day. Works really well with my body chemistry. Excellent combination!

In all respects, a superb top tier shave!

I like that you do double shaves a day to get the 365-percentage back up David . At first my CPA mind went huh?! is he the owner of a certain DeLorean or have those numbers gone up? But second shaves are the natural answer obviously!

Not something I would do with the Roedter.

The Tatara Masamune Plate + Nodachi Cap razor is mild enough that I was able to do a second shave without any blood or irritation.

The Nodachi SB feels like a different (and, to my face, improved) razor when paired with a larger diameter, lighter weight handle. The LHF handle provides better control, better balance, easier grip and is more comfortable to use than the stock Masamune handle. In addition, the Kai blade seems to be a very synergistic match. This is a really nice combination!

Love the looks and feel of the Wild West Brushworks Invasion brush. Excellent performance!

Stirling Electric Sheep produces a very smooth, creamy, slick lather. It is definitely a Top Tier soap!

Bootlegger's Green Freeze provides a wonderful finish to any shave - especially when it's hot outside! Sprayed on Belcam Nitro EdT before heading out. Very nice combination!

The Vector provides an exceptionally comfortable and satisfying shaving experience with exceptional results!

The AP Shave Co. White with 26mm AP Shave Co G5C knot is an exceptional value that provides exceptional performance!
