Need to Restore King Cutter (boker)!

I bought i razor..in the pictures couldnt notice a litle rsuty that she had..and a tiny crack in the point..it is a King Cutter (boker) 2004 n.12 i think..! Can anyone tell me if it is possible to repair? and a place in Europe to do it..or portugal..i will post a picture (macro) later..thanks
