Need some ID help on this Slant

My RAD definitely has the Christmas spirit. Finally managed to pick up a slant. Got it on the Bay. Any ideas what this is? I took it for a spin and it's awesome.... No name? some super secret German Slant that's worth thousands of dollars? I don't see any writing on the razor itself. The box speaks for itself.

Slants aggressive? Not really. Assertive? for sure. At least in my one shave experience. Thanks for your help gents

Holy smokes, that's steep! I love my IB slant - now I'm extra paranoid of it breaking somehow. Luckily I was able to pick up a very similar (to the italianbarber edition) bakelite slant on ebay.de for 20 Euros. So I guess I'm paranoid of breaking two razors.

The razor pictured at the top of this thread doesn't resemble either of mine. Even if you don't figure out the provenance, congratulations for picking one up!

It's ludicrous that those IB slants go for so much. You can get any number of nice metal ones or a boxed fasan bakelite for that kind of cash...

Yes. There were many generic razors made in plastic....slant and otherwise. Some are not very good and others shave wonderfully. Sounds like yours is in the later category.

Yes, so far so fun. I've not a nellite Bakelite with different sized scallops on the bars. It does a nice job too. Maybe there's something to bakelite
