Need help with scent Rx

I have found a homemade ASB I like. Soothing, absorbs and conditions.
Simple recipe
1/4 cup 100% aloe
1/4 teaspoon Vitamine E 4000 unit
2 Tablespoons Water, or more to get viscosity you like
1/2teaspoon Glycerin
1-2 Tablespoon Witch Hazel of you choice
Essential oils of your choice,
Stir and stir and stir.
Should be about the color and consistency of Corn Huskers
Now the help.
Does anyone know where I can go to get some starter recipes for EO?
I like W.I. Limes, but want a more savory smell like C&E Sienna, or the like
I have tired mixing, but no real luck. I can not seem to get any traction.

You could go the NB route and use a combination of lavender/rosemary/peppermint.

Sienna & Sandalwood from C&E are both really good, but have no idea what they use to make the scents. You could look at your website/back of a tube. They might list the scents that their creams are "supposed" to smell like.

I have mixed up some nice stuff, line a base of Birch with a high note of cassia-burned my face badly. Nothing like a little chemical burn to get you going.
I was hoping some one might know of a Parfumer's web sight that is useful.
Scents are guarded trade secrets that will not be on the box in any meaningful-that is reproduce able-way.

The recipe is a great ASB, I just want to experiment with scents.
If you go over board with the scents, you wind up with nothing.
