Need Help to Identify this Straight Razor...

Hi to all B&B fellows!

Guess if anyone can help me to identify a razor I've just won on a recent auction from Sweden.

There are just a Crown, and three letters (H V H) on tang and a 4 on the tail. Nothing more...

Far from all razors sold in Sweden were made in Sweden, actually it wasn't until in the 1890's that Swedish razors took over most of the market from Solingen brands like ERN, Daniel Peres and Paul Waldmin. I don't say that this razor isn't made in Sweden, but I'm sorry to say that I've never seen one like it.
Edit: it seems to be a fine razor though and in good condition too.
