Need help identifying.

Sorry to the admins; I'm not sure if this should end up in the single edge razors or the straight razor section:


I found a shavette the other day at an antique mall, and it's in relatively good condition; the issue is that 1), I'm not sure who makes it, and 2), I'm not sure what blades to buy to try it out!!!
