Need a competent Restorer for a Grail Find

Well, been searching for over a year, and over a two week period, I actually got all the final parts I needed to assemble a full Darwin razor. It is now complete except for the instruction manual.

But now I need to get some restoration done for it. The spare blade has a chip in it, and just overall the blades need some rehoning and the strops need some restoration. I've used a certain retail restorer in the past, but they don't seem to be responding to my request, so I figured I'd ask you guys if you could recommend someone who could give my new baby the care it needs to get back to perfect order.

I usually plane the edge flat on a 200 grit diamond stone, tape the spine & set the angle on 300 and work down from there. As long as you're willing to work it slowly, it isn't hard & turns out really nice.
