I can't talk about any comparison but since I have owned scores of commercial Bunn machines I can talk about them.
They are designed to make a LARGE quantity of coffee (they are ready to brew again once they finish)
They have a large boiler (approx 3 times the brew volume)
They have an adjustable brew temp and volume
The brew temp does not fluctuate more than 5 degrees during the entire brew process.
There is NO pump. The entire brew process is done via water displacement (old Mr. Gravity)
I have two CW-15 models. One with a thermal the other with a glass and warmer (never used the warmer). They are at different houses in different parts of the country but work exactly the same.
