We may not have finished number one last year, but I think we beat you.

Roll Tide!

Tim

PS - I was very proud of Florida, last year. They were just great!

I don't follow a lot of college basketball, but I do remember seeing BYU and Kansas at the Cotton Bowl...man, the traffic sucked...oh, and so did Kansas!

Sorry Todd, couldn't resist! Oh, and the tickets were free!

Yeah, but you're talking football Randy. KU has only really had three or four genuinely competitive teams in the last 50-60 years. 1968/69 and the early 90's when they finished up #7 overall under Glen Mason. Now B-ball, that's a different story.

Regards, Todd

Color me shocked--I think Oden is the real deal.

Why don't you think OSU will be good?

They lack a lot of experience. I'm not saying Oden isn't good... I think he's going to be a damn good player. But he's young, and will come with all the Freshman issues. I don't think it will be until next season until OSU has a team with the chemistry and experience to really dominate like they're expected to, especially on the back of just one hype-able player. I got to see Conley play at LN... I have no reason to doubt the OSU staff but its going to take some damn good coaching to turn him into the caliber of player that deserves to start at a big D1 school. Oden will be great, but there are big men in the Big 10 that will be able to handle him, especially this year (DJ White will have no trouble, if his foot stays healthy). With such a young team, its going to be difficult to keep him balanced with the perimeter attack.

What the hell happened to my Arizona Wildcats?

The wildcats will be sick this year. With Marcus Williams leading the way, Staf, a healthy McClellan, Kirk Walters, and Chase Budinger. The Wildcats will win the Pac 10.

At least with basketball, it doesn't matter how you start-its how you finish that matters. I will be rooting for Georgetown to make the Final Four-Maryland is much too young, but they will scare some people along the way.
