Has anyone tried their shaving soaps? I spotted them in my local hippie mart today and the ingredients look promising.

I just saw Napa stuff on Allen Edmonds website. Thinking about pulling the trigger. Any feedback on their stuff?

I still haven't tried it. The pucks of soap aren't that expensive so one of these days I'll pick one up and try it out.
I could not get as good a lather from Napa as some here. I gave up. Been shaving 8-9 months, using mostly soaps.
I prefer Tallow soaps generally, I do like some veggie soaps tho- Kells Original for example.

The base of the soap appears to be the Brambleberry Shaving Soap Base. The same product that forms the basis of Mamma Bear, and Above the Tie for example.
The ingredients of the Brambleberry Shaving Soap Base are:
Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin (kosher, of vegetable origin), Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Sorbitan oleate (emulsifier), Soy bean protein (conditioner), Wheat Protein (conditioner)

I find that intriguing, as Kells appears to be based off of the Brambleberry Shaving Soap Base too. The ingredients (according to Kells site) are:
-Hemp blend ingredients: Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Olive Oil (Grade A extra virgin), Safflower Oil, Glycerine (vegetable origin), Hemp Seed Oil (unrefined), Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Sorbitan oleate (emulsifer), Soy bean protein (conditioner), Wheat Protein (conditioner)
-Hemp/Aloe ingredients: Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Olive Oil (Grade A extra virgin), Safflower Oil, Glycerine (vegetable origin), Hemp Seed Oil (unrefined), Aloe Vera Gel, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Sorbitan oleate (emulsifer), Soy bean protein (conditioner), Wheat Protein (conditioner)
-Ultra Aloe has twice as much Aloe Vera Gel added and is identical to the Hemp/Aloe except for this increased Aloe content.
