Naniwa flattening/lapping stone any good?

I see Naniwa has a 60 grit and a 220 grit lapping/flattening stone (I am not talking about the jumbo/big ones).

Has anyone used these?

If so how are they and how do they compare with the Norton flattening stone?

What grit would you get to use on a Bester 1200 and a King 4000?

+1 I don't know anything about the Naniwa stone but, if it's anything like the Norton Flattening Stone, it's of very limited use.
I never used naniwa flattening stone, and that is because people that have report it dishes too. Flattening that is a pain because its like 120 or may be even lower grit, can't remember, and DMT will not work for the task. You are gonna have to use a kanaban so things become complicated for nothing really, DMT is the right way to go in IMHO.

The Norton works great on Norton hones, but try anything else and it will lose its flatness. Re-lapping a lapping hone is a chore.
