Nancyboy vs. Castleforbes?

Which of these two creams do you think comes out on top? I ordered both since my time here has indicated to me that these are often called the best of the best. I personally haven't decided on one or another yet, which is leading me to believe that they're both very good performers. I do prefer the scent of Castle Forbes and it does seem like the cheaper cream to buy in the long run.

Has anyone else compared these creams directly?

I have both and think they are both excellent.

NB offers a unique scent in the Signature and no other Cream smells like it (to me at least).

CF i use the Lime and Lavender and love them both. I will probably use up the Lavender and not repurchase, as I like the MdC lavender scent better. I have a tub and a half of Lime, so will be set for a while in rotation...when the time comes I will most likely purchase the Lime again, unless an artisan Lime smells and works as well.

NB uses much more per use then CF, but both leave my face feeling great and deliver excellent lather and shaves.

I've used both and IMO, Castle Forbes Lime is head and shoulders superior to Nancy Boy. No contest !

I've used both, and I can honestly say that they are the two best creams I have used. I think CF gets the edge on performance, but Nancy Boy gets the win on scent. I've had the CF Lime and Lavender. Lime smelled like a margarita, which I didn't like. I liked the lavender, but the scent was too strong (and I like strong scents). I LOVE the scent of Nancy Boy signature though - so much that I ordered the aftershave gel to go with it. Unfortunately, the AS smells more like MdC. Still good, but a bit of a letdown...

Just got another travel size container of NB Sig yesterday and shaved with it this AM....awesome cream/scent, but I think I need to use a bit more next time as the lather was thinner than I remember it being the last time I got some. CF is very good too, but I think there are better deals out there on a price vs. performance comparison (eg: QCS or Taylor's).
