I just saw these on West Coast and the description says Derby. These are made in Russia though and are a bit more pricey. Anyone try them?
Nacet blades

The Nacet blades I have used are "good" ~ sort of comparable to Bic blades; maybe a little better. I have enough top-level blades to keep me going for years, so I won't be getting more for awhile - but if Nacet are still around when I need to replenish stock, I'll be checking them out!
I've just bought a few Nacet blades. I haven't tried them yet but I've read good things about them. From what I understand, they have nothing to do with Derby, they are made by Gillette in Russia.
I had 2 of these sent to me when i bought a razor from a fellow b&b member and i thought they were a very good blade and when i finish my current blade sash in about 2 years will buy some myself.
They're a good blade. However, considering the price is virtually the same as Super Iridiums, I wouldn't buy them over their more well known cousin, which has a proven track record.
There seem to be chinese Nacet blades too but mine say "Gillette Czech s.r.o." but are probably NOS. The Czech ones are one of the nicest Gillette DE-blades I ever used.
I am only in my third month of DE shaving but have been a wet shaver all my life. I have been trying different blades but I did not like the feel of NACET. It pulled and tugged like a blade that had been used three times. I couldn't finish my second shave and had to replace with anything. (in this case a Shark super stainless) Maybe it was just a fluke but I hope to revisit the blade in the near future. The only other bad experience I have had with any blade was the Derby Extra. For some reason that blade ripped my face off. I heard DERBY was hit and miss too.

The old Czech ones are very good -one of my favourites and sadly no longer available. I've not tried the new Russian ones and on reading some of the comments above, I don't think I'll bother...
