Is that a good razor stone?
Not really. Just okay for midrange. Not really a bevel setter, though in a pinch I guess it could be used with a lot of extra time spent. Not really a finisher either.
Not sure that the depicted stone is a Queer Creek, though it's possible. That stone doesn't scream sandstone to me.

It looks like one of the hones from the old iron stone holders
For 16 bucks I would buy it given the one picture.
