What's new

My wife nailed the fragrance of Pashana

exactly. Sometimes, when I am fumbling with identifying a fragrance, she surprises me.

She says Pashana smells exactly like baby powder and I agree with her.

Identifying beers is my specialty.

God I hope you're both wrong!

Pashana is an AS I really want to try...but not if it smells like baby powder. It'll cost me about $28 including shipping for a 100ml bottle, but I'm going to hold off for now until I hear if others find it's smells like Baby Powder also.

I am very disappointed to have found this thread...but on the other hand it did save me over $25. So thank you!

I would disagree with this assessment vigorously, there is a lavender component- as does baby powder.

Sniffed my Pashana again and compared it with some remaining baby-powder, ACHOO (well, that didn't happen with Pashana!), and I must say you have a different brand of powder or are very willing to smell the resemblance here. Pashana has a powdery scent for sure mind you, but for me it is not even close.

Baby powder? Well it may have a powdery note and I have NOT tried the a/s splash. However, I have the friction lotion (hair tonic) and it is most assuredly more than baby powder. Go to the perfume section of any department store and sniff a lady's perfume called Tabu. It is an old Dana product and had been around for decades. It is a heavy, sweet Oriental scent. Pashana reminds me of it a lot. When it mixes well with your body chemistry it is great. If like me it does not go so well, then you better go quite light with the application. I will say this. Tabu smells overbearing on a lot women. They overuse it. But when it mixes just right on their skin, well...lets just leave the amorous thoughts I get alone shall we?

Regards, Todd
