Howdy folks another hobby of mine is manually brewed coffee. Here is my V60 recipe I've gotten down to a T.
24g coffee to 340g water. Use a 30g bloom until 0:30, then instead of doing pulses pour a slow, steady stream and try to finish at 1:30. It should take until 2:00 for it to drain. It will feel like you're pouring too slowly. If it takes too long to drain, use a coarser grind.
