My restored brush

Here is my restored Eveready brush. I installed a 22 millimeter Maggard's G5 Synthetic knot. I was going to put some gold rub a n buff in the lettering but the original lettering still looked in good shape. I just polished it up bit. I like the color of the brush. The money spent was more than a restored brush on the auction site. The money spent was educational.

Nice! I have the same exact knot in a custom made handle. I just wish mine wasn't still a bit square.

Very nice job. I agree with keeping the vintage lettering as long as it shows that well.

That handle profile suits me and I really enjoy the look of those classic catalin bases.
