My newest old brush

Just picked up this brush from a local antique fair. Anybody know how old these are or tried using one.? It's called a Maw Meritor Rover. Thanks in advance for any info.

I have never heard of it but I love it and it looks to be unused. The knot looks great, vintage badger is the best IMO. Giving it a whirl is the only way to find out.

Yes I think it's unused, as the labels on both sides and on the bottom are all intact, I'll be test driving it today. I thought I'd uploaded both pics so here is the other one.

Hi, well I did some more research and it looks like MAW OF LONDON was (or is) a manufacturer of surgical products. Anyway it works fine and produced a really creamy lather from my Truefitt and hill soap. Not quite as good as my Simpsons, but it's a reliable back-up.
