My new 2XL Finest

Very excited about this recent edition. I find the 2XL to be the perfect sized knot but admittedly would prefer a slightly longer handle. Apparently this is the last of Lee's remaining stock of these guys in Finest (heard that before? lol). Really excited to give this a whirl. Don't be rude, say hello to the new guy.

This one is Finest 2-band whereas yours is Heritage 2-band. Finest is a little harsher, with extreme density and some scritch. Heritage is ultra-soft, no scritch and still great density.

I agree. The uncertainty about what you're getting is somewhat troubling, but I believe Finest is clearly distinguishable upon use.

Holy crop Amir, it's one fine looking brush indeed, my friend

lee emailed me and said he had my 2 totally Taylor made brushes ready, but he accidentally made them with 44 mm long handles and not 48 mm as I requested, so he had to remake them from scratch. But I think the hair I get in my 2 is the exact same as you have in yours......exactly the same hair

What are the specs of the brush - handle height, brush knot & brush loft ?

Congrats Amir, it's very nice looking and I almost know you will enjoy it

The handle is exactly the same as the Rooney 2XL handle and the knot is a 27.5x50. It's smaller than the knot in our brushes from Classic Shaving (my favorite brush), but a more reasonable size in my opinion. I knew you would like it my friend. The similarity of the two may compel me to only keep one.
