I ran across this razor in Etsy that was posted as a "Russian Razor" from Latvia. It took 21/2 weeks to arrive. It is fairly small and I'm not sure if it is suppose to be a travel, ladies or pocket razor. As you can see it came with some sort of instructions in Russian. I have no clue on how old it is. The handle and comb base are aluminum with the head being stainless steel. Just thought I would post it as a curiosity razor and I have not tried it out yet. The head looks similar to my Old Type so would expect a similar shave.
