I am too far gone! I got this today and have already used it!

It's okay but I noticed a major fault. The pivot pin is not fully centred in its collar. I don't know how you could shave with it, now that you know .

I thought it odd at first that @rbscebu didn't try to warn you off straight razors like he has so many before. Clearly though you were already too far gone. My condolences.

My aim is to warn people off SR shaving before their first try. If they still insist on pursuing this witchcraft, I would point them into getting a $5 new 304 stainless steel shave-ready SR directly from China as their first and to shave with it as received.

I'm trying my best to keep down the cost of decent SRs.
