What's new

My ex-girlfriend thinks I'm sad for buying razors!

I have bought some blades and sold a couple of razors on eBay. However my (nasty) ex-girlfriend saw my eBay account and called me 'extremely sad' for doing so! Just wondered if anyone else has been thought of as strange for being so interested in razors.

Your ex-girlfriend called you sad for selling items on ebay? I think what is sad is that she is stalking you through your e-bay account.

She hasn't been messaging me on eBay, just been emailing me nonsense to my regular email address. I replied saying any more rubbish and I will report you to your ISP.

I'm more concerned about the fact that you care what an ex thinks.

The woman of your dreams (you know, the one that's waiting just around the corner out there somewhere ) will, at minimum, tolerate your hobby. Heck, maybe she'll even find it a bit interesting and/or noble, given its' link to other chivalristic tendencies you no doubt possess.

Why would you care about what an ex-girlfriend thinks? She's obviously nuts to have left you.

I think your ex-girlfriend is sad for thinking she is entitled to have an opinion about anything you do.

Now, what in tarnation is a "gimpy sausage leg"?!?!?

:tongue1:

Glad to hear she is your ex-girlfriend.

I may be overanalysing this , ( hey I'm a psychology student and it's what I do), but perhaps by belittling your interests and personality she is actually trying to justify her bad decision in breaking up with you. It's called cognitive dissonance and is the tendency to find justifications for making bad decisons (which cause feelings of tension or 'dissonance') in order to make oneself feel better about the decison (thus easing the tension).
Now if you want a radical feminist opinion.........no I won't go there:biggrin:
