The cardboard tucks and ink printing quality excludes Derby. The lack of print lines on the corners excludes Treet. The wax dots excludes Dorco. The prominent Swedish steel labeling suggests Chinese manufacturing.

Edit: they may not have wax dots, but they are double-wrapped.

They came today. A very thin blade, looks like Chinese blade, not the cleanest but lathered the sides of my face to get a feel. Seems smooth but a real shave will tell.
